- Pricing
Our policy ensures competitive pricing along with the convenience of online reservations. Unless stated otherwise, all prices quoted are per person and do not include:
- Tips to tour guides or drivers
- Passport/visa fees
- Travel insurance
- Food and drinks
- Accommodation
- Room services and laundry
Published rates may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as increases in hotel rates or transport expenses.
- Methods of Payment
We accept all major credit cards including:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
Full payment must be made by credit card. Guests are required to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction, which will appear as a charge on your credit card statement.
- Confirmation of Payment
Once your payment is processed, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation email. You may print this confirmation as proof of payment to present to service providers. Please ensure that all travel-related information provided during booking is accurate.
- Cancellation & No-Show Policy
4.1 Cancellation
- Every tour activity, attraction, or hotel has its own cancellation policy. Clients must review the specific cancellation policy of each booking before finalizing it.
- Tourist visa fees are non-refundable once paid. Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of Immigration authorities.
4.2 No-Show
- If you fail to show up for the tour, no partial or full refund will be provided.
- This also applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, or chauffeur-driven services.
- Rescheduling is not allowed for confirmed tours, airport transfers, or other travel-related services.
- Cancellation Procedures
Before canceling a booking, please review the cancellation rules that apply to your specific tour package.
To cancel a reservation, a written notification must be submitted to The World Wide Tourism.
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and any applicable fees via email, fax, or phone.
We are not responsible for cancellations that were not received or not confirmed by us.
- Hotel Accommodation & Check-In / Check-Out Policy
If your preferred hotel is unavailable, we will do our best to provide a similar alternative within the same budget and standard.
Check-in and check-out policies are subject to the policies of the hotel you’ve selected.
We are not responsible for any early or late check-in/out requests denied by the hotel.
- Travel Documents
Guests must carry all necessary travel documents, including a passport or valid ID. This is especially important for international travelers.
No refunds will be issued for failure to produce valid travel documents.
We advise all travelers to consult their country’s consulate regarding:
- Entry requirements
- Visa regulations
- Health advisories
These requirements may change without prior notice.
- Travel Insurance
The World Wide Tourism is not responsible for damages resulting from:
- Accidents
- Illness or injury
- Loss of personal belongings
- Trip cancellations
We strongly recommend that travelers purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover unforeseen circumstances.
